DealCheck is operated by Rob Smith Advisory and supported by TGN—The Global Network LLC. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the DealCheck website and vehicle-review service.
Information you provide
We collect the contact information, vehicle details, transaction figures and supporting documents you choose to submit. DealCheck does not request Social Security numbers, online-banking credentials or complete payment-card numbers.
How information is used
Your information is used to prepare and deliver the requested vehicle review, communicate about your case, process payment, improve service quality, prevent misuse and satisfy legal obligations.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by Stripe. DealCheck does not receive or store your complete card number. Hosting, file storage and email-delivery providers process limited information only as needed to operate the service.
Privacy-safe measurement
DealCheck records basic first-party events such as page visits, service selections and completed checkouts. If you allow optional Google Analytics, Google may also process page paths, referral or campaign source, browser and device information, approximate location, and measurement identifiers under Google’s applicable terms. DealCheck does not send Google your name, email address, vehicle figures, uploaded documents, card information or the contents of your review. You may continue without optional Google Analytics.
Sharing
We do not sell customer information. Information may be disclosed to service providers working on our behalf, when you direct us to share it, or when required to protect rights, safety or comply with law.
Retention and security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect submitted information. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the service, legitimate business purposes and legal requirements. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct or delete personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. Reply to a DealCheck case email or contact Rob@KingsgateCapitalPartners.com.
Children
DealCheck is intended for adults purchasing or researching vehicles and is not directed to children under 13.

This policy may be updated as the service evolves. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
