These terms govern your use of DealCheck, a consumer vehicle-review service operated by Rob Smith Advisory and supported by TGN—The Global Network LLC.
Educational and advisory service
DealCheck provides independent educational information and professional automotive guidance based on the information available. It is not a lender approval, credit decision, legal or tax opinion, mechanical inspection, title guarantee, insurance advice or promise of savings.
Your information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. A change to the vehicle, price, trade, financing, fees, products, condition or supporting documents may change the analysis and recommendation.
Automated and professional review
Automated calculations and preliminary ratings organize the transaction but do not replace professional judgment. Do not sign solely in reliance on an automated scorecard. The scope and depth of Rob Smith Advisory’s involvement depend on the service selected.
Third-party information
Listings, market values, recalls, incentives, vehicle-history reports, inspections, transportation providers and dealer representations may come from third parties. Availability and accuracy can change, and important information should be independently verified before purchase.
Payment, cancellation and refunds
Prices are displayed before checkout and payments are processed securely by Stripe. Cancellation or refund requests are evaluated promptly based on the service purchased, whether work has begun or been delivered, the circumstances presented and applicable law. Contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
No purchase guarantee
You remain responsible for the final decision to buy, finance, lease, trade, transport or inspect a vehicle. DealCheck cannot guarantee dealer participation, financing approval, vehicle condition, future value or a particular negotiated result.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, submit unlawful or malicious material, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or upload files you do not have the right to provide.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. Any liability arising from a paid service will be limited as permitted by applicable law.
